As a focused and impact-driven organization, small in size but boundless in our passion for change, our participation at Lollapalooza was an incredible opportunity to share our mission with a vibrant and engaged community. We are deeply grateful for the support we received and for the chance to raise awareness for the children in Nepal. Art, conversations, and creative connections
The festival wasn’t just about music; it was about community and the powerful stories we were able to share. Our booth was buzzing with life, meaningful conversations, and genuine interest in our mission. Festivalgoers actively engaged with our work, whether by learning more about the situation of street children in Nepal or by contributing through art and supportive messages.
Anna’s live art performance was a true highlight. She created pieces that connected Nepal’s culture, nature, and the children we support with the essence of the festival. These breathtaking artworks, perfectly capturing the spirit of Nepal and the festival, will soon be available for purchase—more information to come!
Meanwhile, Namisha created beautiful henna tattoos, which not only became a highlight for festivalgoers but also gave us the opportunity to share more about Nepal’s traditions and realities. The henna art sparked many engaging conversations, fostering cultural exchange in a uniquely creative way.
Not only beautiful but also incredibly fast. It was clear how many happy faces Nimisha created through her work.
Messages of Hope
A particularly touching moment during our time at Lollapalooza was witnessing festivalgoers writing heartfelt and supportive messages for the street children in Nepal. From Czech, Hebrew, German, English, to Nepali—these messages radiated positivity and solidarity. It was a beautiful reminder of how art, language, and community can bring people together across borders.
